BEFORE THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FOR MARION COUNTY, OREGON <br />In the matter of accepting ) <br />offer to terminate leasing ) <br />agency on Courthouse Square ) <br />Project ) <br />ORDER No . 1 ~ t ~ ~ <br />This matter came before the Marion County Board of <br />Commissioners, at a regular public meeting on December 23, 1997, on <br />its own motion; and <br />It appearing that E. William Frey, Jr. has offered to <br />terminate the contract for leasing agency services between Marion <br />County and Mr. Frey and Mountain West Real Estate, Inc.; and, that <br />it is in the public ~interest to accept this offer; now, therefore, <br />IT IS ORDERED that the Marion County Board of Commissioners <br />hereby accepts the offer of E. William Frey, Jr. and Mountain West <br />Real Estate, Inc., to terminate the leasing agency contract for the <br />Courthouse Square project between Marion County and Mr. Frey and <br />his company effective immediately; and Marion County hereby <br />declares the contract terminated and of no further effect. <br />DATED THIS ~_~ay of December, 1997. <br />MARION COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />~.'.
