preparation of pro forma necessary to estimate construction costs, establish a budget, and <br />support county financing of the project, assistance with SPOC, and assistance with <br />preparation and review of construction and bid documents, should the project proceed. <br />The fees for this additional work are consistent with the monthly unit price for services <br />under the main agreement, and represent the agreement of Melvin Mark Development <br />Company to reduce its claim for services rendered to date and to provide additional <br />services to the project. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Accept the agreement, and proceed with addendum services required to determine <br />whether to proceed with the project or not. <br />2.
