David Cameron asked if the Boards need an actual letter from the CAC <br />Committee. R.G. Andersen-Wyckoff noted it can be done in the form of a motion <br />that includes any caveats from the Committee. <br />Maynard Hammer'said he wants to review the working documents as the project <br />proceeds. Leonard Lodder noted the construction documents will take about <br />six#een weeks and should be ready about mid-December. There will be occasions <br />to review the documents at the mechanicaVengineering stage, or 35% of the way <br />through. <br />CARL BEACH MOVED THAT, BASED ON THE BUDGET ESTIMATES, WE <br />PROCEED TO THE NEXT PHASE OF APPROVAL BY BOTH BOARDS AND <br />PROCEED TO TI;~ BIDDING OF THE PROJECT WITH THE FIRST <br />ALTERNATE. MAYNARD HAMMER SECONDED. <br />David Cameron asked if the second altemative was out of the picture. Billy <br />Wasson noted staff will bring that back as a separate agenda item. <br />Maynard Hammer said he wants ta rnake sure CAC has a chance to review the <br />issues before moving to the next step.
