JG Undocumented fifl from the old Senator building is being excavated to native soii and backfilled. P/K is tracking cost and time, could be as high as $40,000. Also undocumented fill and contaminated soil is being excavated at the South East comer, (cost is unknown at this time.) This has set our schedule back at least 2 weeks. 5/20/99 - Overex has totaled about 5,700 yards, (about $ 200,000) and has delayed the schedule by 3 weeks. 5/27/99 - Overex has totaled about 6,100 yards. Delays in the final completion schedule must be approved via the change order process. Dave said that the overex has delayed the schedule 3 wks. Craig disagrees. Dave will present case with a change order. 6/3/99 - A C.O. wifl be issued next week. B06.01 OLD 5/20/99 Pence/Kell Constructton, Inc. DH Owners need the Construction Schedule to plan and deconflict owner work. Items include cable conduit for security system and data/phone, move-in schedule, testing and balancing, time capsule, early move in items, commissioning, CCTV, LEED compliance, and dead lines for space reorganization. 6/3/99 - Changes to the following are needed by theses dates: Cable conduit for security/data/phones: 01 July 99 Space revisions (Owner Decisions): 17 June 99 Leed Issues: 17 June 99 Relites and Door frames for all floors: 01 Aug 99 Gmd Floor Build Out: 01 Aug 99 2nd Floor Build Out: 01 Sep 99 3rd Floor Build Out: 01 Oct 99 4th Floor Build Out: 01 Nov 99 5th Floor Build Out: 01 Dec 99 Time Capsule: PR will be issued this week. DH Pence/Kelly is still pricing the removal of the 3 tanks on North side of High St. Removai may impact traffic signal. 4/29/99 - P/K will break out cost of traffic signal support for Street Scape, waiting for support design to finalize pricing. 5/6/99 - Dave will finalize Proposal. 5/13/99 - Dave will price with regards to Decommissioning requirements. SS One Frac tank has been removed, the other will be removed when undocumented fill on the west side of the site is excavated and water can be direct discharged. 6/3/99 - The Frac tanks will be removed in July when the mass ex is completed.
