Also undocumented fill and contaminated soil is being <br />excavated at the South East comer, (cost is unknown at this time.) This has set our schedule back at least 2 <br />weeks. <br />5/20/99 - Overex has totaled about 5,700 yards, (about $ 200,000) and has delayed the schedule by 3 <br />weeks. <br />5/27/99 - Overex has totaled about 6,100 yards. Delays in the final completion schedule must be approved <br />via the change order process. Dave said that the overex has delayed the schedule 3 wks. Craig disagrees. <br />Dave will present case with a change order. <br />6/3/99 - A C.O. wifl be issued next week. <br />B06.01 OLD 5/20/99 Pence/Kell Constructton, Inc. DH <br />Owners need the Construction Schedule to plan and deconflict owner work.
