Check wall plates for receptacle. <br /> b. Remove overspray from wail angle and tee grid. <br /> c. Touch up wall paint above door to cover overspray from frame paint. <br />` 28 Men's Restroom 5153: <br />. <br /> a. <br />b. Touch up paint required at door frame. <br />Upper band of wail tile was not prope~ly cleaned off. There is still a lot of grout material sitting on the face <br />~ of the tile. <br /> c. Paint access panel under vanity. <br /> d. Provide sealant around hose bib under vanity. <br />~ e. Clean various plumbing related pieces from under vanity on the floor. <br /> f. Seal around escutcheons from the drain. <br /> g. Still require insulated covers on the drain from both vanities. <br /> h. Paint access panel in handicapped stall. <br />~ i. Remove electrical tape from flush valve at handicapped stall. <br /> j. Provide bead of sealant around perimeter of stainless steel towel dispenser, top side only. <br /> <br />~ k. Clean pencil marks from backsplash and from countertop. <br />' <br />29. s Restroom 5143: <br />Women <br /> a. General clean up of floor tile still required in here. <br /> b. Cleanup of grout from around the towel dispenser. <br />~ c. Sealant bead required along the top side of the towel dispenser. <br /> d. ~ Remove pencil marks from restroom partitions as well as from the vanity top and remove black ink spots <br /> from vanity top. <br />1 e. Note patch around the speaker opening. <br /> f. Missing screws in speaker cover. <br /> g. Insulation required on the drains from the vanity basins. <br />~ h. General clean up underneath the vanities is still required. <br /> i. Seafant required around both the drain holes as well as the hose bib. Need to add ceramic tile at one of <br /> the drain penetrations. <br />~ j. Where a stall door opens against tissue dispenser provide a bumper. <br /> k. Missing tile at wing wall. <br /> I. Touch up paint required around perimeter of ceiling access panel and panel itself. <br />t 30. Hall 5112: <br /> a. Paint overspray near poor 5123B needs to be touched up with wall paint. <br /> b. Paint overspray adjacent to Door 5122A needs to be touched up. <br />~ c. Touch up required adjacent to door 5121 B. <br />31. Office 5122A: <br />, a. Door requires final coat of finish <br />b. Touch up scuff marks on frame. <br />c. touch up on east wall adjacent to thermostat. <br />~ 32. Office 5102: <br />a. Back edge of door has not been fully finished. <br />b. Touch up paint required on various points on door frame. <br />~ <br />
