Courthouse Square Managers Meeting March 12, 1997 Present: Bob McCune, Randy Curtis, Elyn Lyon, Linda Millington, Dan Wilson Randy opened the meeting by reporting that Craig Luedeman has contacted him about Randy has assigned one of the private offices for his use. Unless he is contacte he will not be assigning any offices. Elyn is taking care of the moving schedule, space allocation and phone and compute Neighbor to Neighbor and Liberty House. Microwave Tosver: Tom Frey has told us that the county will need a conditional use p microwave tower. It will take 45 days to process. Randy asked Elyn to find out i and if so, are there legal ways to get around this requirement. ACTION: Elyn will determine if we need a permit. If so, she will get Legal in If we do need a permit, we will go ahead with the tower while the permit is in pro schedule. Randy asked that we inform the involved parties that we are going to pu without a permit. ACTION: Elyn will ensure that everyone involved is aware that we are going to the tower while the permit is in process. There was discussion around using fiber optic as the alternative. Elyn reported t has been our contact with TCI. TCI has not been responsive to the county's inquir for some conversations with Carol about TCI. Moving Schedule: Referring to Bob's schedule, Randy asked where we are on the sc if it is feasible to meet the schedule. Bob reported that telecommunication and a are issues. Elyn reported that we also are having problems with US West. They ar any information on the installation. Other options have been investigated and the TCI and US West. Randy said that it is important for us to adhere to this schedul West. We have been told that due to the network, Fiscal and Community Development at the same time. Bob said that it doesn't matter if we move them together or not a week or more to set them up. These departments are expecting some down time. B if they move on Friday or Saturday, it is possible to get the key workstations up Randy said that is not our function to determine how Fiscal handles the move. We know when they will move and information on planning to be down. Based on what we is not certain that we can meet the first week schedule. The moves are all scheduled to start on Fridays.
