Review LEED Credits That Have Been Achieved Holly Stirnkorb distributed an updated LEED Compliance Evaluarion Matrix and reviewed the eleven points that have been achieved. The Mah-ix contains an error. It states that the IPMVP credit has been achieved. This credit depends on access to the DOE2 study, which is pending the decision to participate in the PGE Earth Smart program As a result, a total of eleven points have been achieved rather that the twelve points listed on the Matrix. Holly explained that the LEED pilot program also offered a green building rating at the Pioneer Level for aclueving twenty points. ~II. Discuss LEED Credits That Require Clarifications or Modificarions The group discussed the outstanding credits as follows: • Infill Development - Clarification is needed from the City of Salem, but it is highly likely that the point can be achieved. • Energy Ef~'iciency Level 1- Oliver Raab discussed his cost proposal to achieve this point. • Ener~v Efficiency Leve12 - Oliver Raab discussed his cost proposal to achieve this point. The group discussed the possibility of participating in the PGE Earth Smart program to obtain this point and also get access to the DOE2 study. The County may not participate in the PGE ~..
