Workload, growth, operation changes and the resulting impact on <br />anficipated staffing levels were discussed with each department independently, then compare~i <br />m total with the responses from other departments. The individual department projecpons were <br />then reviewed again and adjusted by the representadves of each department until a"best guess" <br />projection of future staffing requirements was established. This "department projection" <br />represents the most-]ikely projection scenario based on current and expected operational nceds <br />and capabilities and -- for the most part -- represents a maintaining of the presenf level of service <br />to the public. <br />Page 3 <br />
