i <br />i <br />4. It was requested that more information on the <br />Sheriffs current space needs be added to the Tri- <br />Agency Section. <br />5. Revise numbers indicating current and future <br />bed space should be added to the Corrections Jail <br />section. <br />6. The Court Security report should be relocated <br />to follow the Downtown report. <br />7. A statement should be added to the Court <br />section recommending if space at the Courthouse is <br />not adequate to meet 20 year space needs a new <br />addition should be added to the Courthouse. <br />8. A reference to the Health department's expan- <br />sion into the Juvenile facility should be added in <br />the Conclusions and Priorities section. The <br />intent of this changes was to make the Health <br />department program a part of the "Public Safety <br />Services". <br />9. It was noted that Dog Control was unintention- <br />al omitted from the recommendations. A recommen- <br />dation on Dog Control will be added. <br />10. A new section should be added regarding <br />inter-governmental cooperation and recognizing the <br />competing financial needs of other local govern- <br />ments. <br />11. It was recommended that an Executive Summary <br />be added at the beginning of the report. (The <br />executive summary is attached as a separate sec- <br />tion to the report.) <br />12. It was also recommended that the committee <br />and subcommittee members be added as an appendix. <br />NEXT MEETING: <br />April 6, 1995 at 7:00 am in Conference C& D. <br />
