Identify and secure funding to cover the costs of the necessary credits <br />If funding is obtained, the next steps are as follows: <br />^ Sign the memorandum of understanding with the USGBC to participate in the pilot project <br />^ Complete the USGBC's preliminary evaluation of the pilot project <br />^ Insert LEED credit implementation and verification requirements into the project schedule <br />^ Monitor the progress of credit implementation <br />^ Document implementation of credits <br />1 propose that a meeting be scheduled to discuss this memorandum, the decision points, and the next steps <br />in this process. Debbie Allen, the consultant for the PGE Earth Smart program is also interested in <br />attending this meeting to discuss the status of the Earth Smart program. Please let Bonnie McCullough <br />know your availability after October 21, 1999 so a call or meeting can be arranged.
