Admits or asserts ~liation with a gang to the police, security <br />6 or member of another organization charged with security or law <br />7 enforcement duties. <br />8 <br />9 3.2133.2. Has been identified as an individual ~liated with a gang based <br />10 upon reliable information, an informant, or a law enforcement agency <br />11 including out-of-state or federal agencies. <br />12 <br />13 3.213.3.3. Uses a gang name, a common identifying sign or symbol, or has <br />14 an identifiable leadership. <br />15 <br />16 3.21.33.4. Has a high rate of interaction among members of a gang to the <br />17 exclusion of others. <br />18 <br />19 3~- .~~ Specific to Courthouse Square: <br />20 <br />21 3.22.1. Courthouse Square Transit Mall will be closed to the public during non- <br />22 operating hours. "Courthouse Sauare Transit Ma11" is the desianated transit mall <br />23 area and passenger waitin~ room located within the block bordered bv Court <br />24 Street, Hig~ Stree~ Chemeketa Street and Church Street in downtown Salem. <br />25 <br />26 3.22.2. The General Manger or Designee shall have the discretion to set, extend or <br />27 reduce non-operating hours. 22 <br />28 <br />29 3.223. No person, other than a peace officer, District security officer or District or <br />30 Marion County authorized personnel shall be on or in Courthouse Square <br />31 premises during non-operating hours. Such violation shall be considered criminal <br />32 trespass, burglary or other applicable criminal offenses. <br />33 <br />34 3.22.4. Non-District Vehicles Prohibited: All non-District ~eVehicles aze barred <br />35 from Courthouse Square Transit Mall at all times. Emergency vehicles or pre- <br />36 authorized service vehicles are exempt from this prohibition. <br />37 <br />38 4.
