Any peace officer, Disfrict Operator, District Manager, District Supervisor, District <br />2 Security Officer, District Security Coordinator, or others as designated in writing by <br />3 the General Manager, has the authority to refuse entrance on or into any District <br />4 €as~i~Facili , or aboazd a District ~eVehicle; require departure from a District <br />5 ~~Facili or District ~eVehicle; or require a seating change of any person <br />6 who violates any provision of this ordinance, regardless of location and regazdless of <br />'7 presentation of pass, transfer, ticket, or payment of faze. <br />8 <br />9 4.2. Penalties: Any person who violates any provision of this ordinance, in addition to <br />10 other penalties provided by law, commits an in infiaction as defined in ORS 153.~-AA <br />11 110 to 153310 and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than <br />12 $250. <br />, <br />13 ' <br />14 43. Authorization: Any peace officer of the state of Oregon is authorized to issue <br />15 citations, as provided by Oregon law, to any person who violates any provision of <br />16 this ordinance ~ <br />17 <br />18 5. EXCLUSION FROM SYSTEM <br />19 <br />2p 5.1. Exclusion: In addition to other measures provided for violation of this Ordinance, any <br />21 peace officer, District Manager, District Supervisor, District Security O~cer, District <br />22 Security Coordinator, or others as designated in writing by the General Manager, may <br />23 exclude from any part or all of a District €a '' acil' or District ~-e~sleVehicles <br />24 any person who violates any provision of ttus Ordinance, for a period of time not to <br />25 exceed ninety (90) days, and may exclude Habitual Offenders for extended exclusion <br />2( periods as provided. <br />27 <br />28 5.2. Habitual Offenders: Habitual offenders shall be excluded indefinitely from all District <br />29 facilities and all District ~c~eVehicles. A person deemed a Habitual Offender may <br />30 appeal their exclusion through the procedure described in Section 5.6p~esc~be~ <br />31 ~~ee-ess• <br />32 <br />33 5.3. Exclusion Perimeters: A person excluded under this Ordinance may not enter or <br />34 remain on or in any part of a District €asikt~Facili or be aboard a District <br />35 ~e~sl~Vehicle from which said person is excluded during the period of exclusion. ~ <br />36 <br />37 <br />38 <br />39 ' ~z- "~~_ <br />40 <br />~' Although, at this time it is not a customary practice to issue citations based on this ordinance alone.
