Courthouse Square block. Respondents to this RFI should be aware of these purposes to <br />which the materials gained in this information-seeking process will be put to use. <br />a. Required Submittals. Any proprietary information contained in the <br />information submitted by Respondents must be clearly identified as such, and <br />will be treated as confidential information to the fullest extent permitted by <br />Oregon Public Records Law. However, the Procuring Agency cannot <br />guarantee complete confidentiality, and must comply with any applicable <br />order requiring disclosure under the Oregon Public Records Law. All <br />proposals must respond to the following information stated below. If some of <br />the requested information is unknown or unavailable at present, respondents <br />should so indicate in their responses. <br />(1) Identify team members that would be involved in the project. Include <br />the Respondent and the legal entity with whom the Procuring Agency <br />would contract (e.g., individual, corporation, partnership, joint venture, <br />etc.); owner (if different from the Respondent); joint venture or other <br />partners; and, to the extent known, the architectldesigner, financier, <br />contractor, and local representative, all as applicable. <br />(2) A description of the team members' experience and qualifications in <br />project development and construction, particularly projects of similar <br />size and density and utilizing similar construction techniques proposed <br />for this Project site. Include any experience with public/private <br />partnerships. <br />(3) The proposal should include a description of the proposed Project, <br />addressing factors including but not limited to the criteria noted in <br />Section 3 of this RFI. <br />Interested Respondents shall submit fifteen copies of their response to the Salem Transit <br />District. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to request additional information after <br />review of the initial submissions. In addition, the Procuring Agency may retain consultants to <br />assist in the review of any aspects of the submissions. <br />4. RESPONSE REVIEW <br />a. Opening of Responses. Responses will not be publicly opened, but the <br />identity of each Respondent will be publicly announced. All other information <br />in each response will be kept confidential to the fullest extent permitted by <br />Oregon law, during the review process. Only the members of the Review <br />Committee and other Procuring Agency officials, employees and agents having <br />a legitimate interest will be provided access to the submissions during this <br />period. <br />b.
