However, the Procuring Agency <br />cannot guarantee complete confidentiality, and must compiy <br />with any appiicable order requiring disdosure under the Oregon <br />Public Records Law. <br />(b) Willingness of any parent company to provide the required <br />financial guaranty evidenced by a letter of commitment signed <br />by an officer of the parent company having the authority to <br />execute the parent company guaranty, together with reviewed or <br />audited financial statements of such parent company prepared <br />in accordance with United States Generaliy Accepted <br />Accounting Principles (GAAP) by an independent certified public <br />accountant authorized to practice in the jurisdiction of either the <br />Procuring Agency or the Respondent <br />(2) Evidence of satisfactory performance and integrity on project <br />developments, in performing on time and meeting specifications. <br />Description of experience with public/private developments. Evidence <br />shail be by client references and identification of other projects. The <br />Procuring Agency shall have the right to investigate the references and <br />past performances of Respondents. <br />b. Required Submittals. Any proprietary information contained in the information <br />submitted by Respondents must be clearly identfied as such, and wili be treated <br />as confidential information to the extent pennitted by Oregon Public Records <br />Law. However, the Procuring Agency cannot guarantee complete confidentiality, <br />and must comply with any appiicabie order requiring disdasure under the Oregon <br />Public Records Law. Aii proposals must respond to the following information <br />stated below. If some of the requested infortnation is unknown or unavailable at <br />the time of submittai, respondents should so indicate i~ their responses. <br />(1) Identify team members, inGuding the Respondent and the legal entity <br />with whom the Procuring Agency would contract (e.g., individual, <br />corporation, partnership, joint venture, etc.), owner (if different from the <br />Respondent), joint venture or other partners. architecUdesigner, lender, <br />contractors and local representative, all as applicable. <br />(2) A description of the team members' experience and qualfications in <br />project development and construction, particularly projects of similar <br />size, density and scope. Include any experience with public/private <br />partnerships. The Procuring Agency will investigate tl~e references and <br />past performances of Respondent. <br />(3) The proposai should include a general description of the RespondenYs <br />proposal for a Project, addressing factors induding but not limited to the <br />criteria noted in Section 3 of this RFI/RFQ. <br />Interested Respondents shall submit fifteen copies of their response to the Salem Transit <br />District. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to request additional information after review of <br />the initial submissions. In addition, the Procuring Agency may retain consultants to assist in the <br />review of any aspects of the proposals. <br />
