My <br />observations are noted in parenthesis. <br />Undated Notice from Dan Berrey that Marion County purchased <br />property and would be required to move on or before <br />May 31, 1997 <br />January 13, 1997 Notice from Dan Berrey that move may be required on <br />or after Apri121, 1997. Enclosed "Your Rights and <br />Benefits as a Displaced Person Under the ODOT <br />Relocation Assistance Program." <br />7anuary 30, 1997 Dan Beney sent relocation claim forms. <br />February 17, 1997 Laurie Andrews (agent for Dan Berrey) requested a <br />meeting to discuss benefits. <br />February 20, 1997 Second request for meeting. <br />Relocation Re~lacement Housing Worksheet (3 pages) <br />indicates Court Street apa.rtment rent was $275.00 plus <br />utility estimated at $24.00 per month.
