The accounting of the expenses has been audited. Pearmine location where departments moved. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE <br />OFFICER <br />The attached s readsheet itemizes the mover expenditures by department. The <br />p <br />Ken Roudybush county paid $53,037.23 to move county depa.rtments. <br />The remodel of the Franklin Building 1g` floor for Victim Assistance cost <br />$34,692.17. The remodel of the 5~` floor of the Courthouse for General <br />Services Administration and Human Resources was $17,508.69. Dog Control <br />telephone and computer expenses at the Madrona leased site were $5,245.00. <br />Clerk's archives moved into a leased warehouse that did not require <br />remodeling or an increase in rent. <br />The seven departments that moved to the Marion County Annex located at <br />3150 Lancaster Drive were: <br />Planning <br />Building Inspection <br />Fiscal Services <br />Purchasing & Services <br />Liberty House <br />Neighbor/Neighbor <br />Public Works & Surveyor <br />100 High Street NE, Room 5321 .
