Decision: We will work on the assumption that we will have parking until5/l. <br />~ Action: Randy will send a request to the city to vacate the alley. <br />Finances: Randy stated that he has a cash flow problem at this time. If we run out of money <br />before we can begin drawing on the federal money, Elyn will have to go back and tap the cash flow. <br />Other: Elyn reported that by Friday, she must submit the supplemental budget and the <br />proposed budget for next fiscal year on Courthouse Square. Randy said that this budget can not be <br />finalized until we get more information on the cost of the project. He will have a further report on <br />the project schedule after tomorrow's meeting. <br />~ <br />
