He will need to be involved later on in set up of computer workstations, telephones, etc. NEW PROJECT MANAGER We opened the RFP proposals on Monday. We received twelve proposals. Randy and RG have gone through all of the proposals and have developed a tentative list of five good proposals. We will be doing more research today and could possibly shorten the list to less than five. We are planning to schedule interviews next week. We are looking to fast track this process and be ready to have someone on board by June 1. COURTHOUSE PLANS Randy is still looking to obtain copies of plans for the 18` and 5`~ floors of the Courthouse building as well as for solid waste area to have as reference for basic plan setup for new tenants at Courthouse Square. ACTION: Bob and Dan will obtain these plans for Ra.ndy. BUILDING CONIlVIISSIONING AGENT RFP Bob has a meeting scheduled with Leonard Lodder from Arbuckle Costic this aftemoon on the selection process for a building commissioning agent. Randy has put $80,000 into the budget to cover this position. SENATOR BLOCK Elyn reported that the last tenant has moved and we have gained access to the last apartment in the Liu building yesterday. Discussion was held as to why a portion of the building (old Jr. Bootery area) had a section of the sidewalk area blocked off. This was due to asbestos removal in the ~ Page 2 of 3
