~ <br />Courthouse Square Manager's Meeting <br />~ June 4, 1997 <br />Present: Randy, Bob, Dan, Richard, and Peggy. Absent: Elyn <br />Demolition Contractor <br />Randy expressed concerns about the demolition contractor and will try and schedule a <br />trip across the street to walk around the block. It doesn't appeaz that any work is being <br />completed. Bob reported that when he has made attempts to go over and see what is <br />going on, the fences are locked and no one was around. He thought the Community <br />Development building would be down by now or at least showing some signs of it. <br />Melvin Mark Development Company, the new project management company, will be <br />getting in touch with both Kathleen and Staton Construction to find out what is going <br />on. <br />Building Commissioning Agent <br />Bob reported that they have selected the new building commissioning agent, ESI. They <br />were the low bidder for the job. Their bid came in around $50,000 for the whole <br />building. All companies bid on the whole building.
