~ Courthouse Square Manager's Meeting ~ June 4, 1997 Present: Randy, Bob, Dan, Richard, and Peggy. Absent: Elyn Demolition Contractor Randy expressed concerns about the demolition contractor and will try and schedule a trip across the street to walk around the block. It doesn't appeaz that any work is being completed. Bob reported that when he has made attempts to go over and see what is going on, the fences are locked and no one was around. He thought the Community Development building would be down by now or at least showing some signs of it. Melvin Mark Development Company, the new project management company, will be getting in touch with both Kathleen and Staton Construction to find out what is going on. Building Commissioning Agent Bob reported that they have selected the new building commissioning agent, ESI. They were the low bidder for the job. Their bid came in around $50,000 for the whole building. All companies bid on the whole building.
