Leonard's preliminary'layout indicates that expanding parking under sidewalk is the preferred approach.I Rev. 7-17 Dave estimated that the removal of P-2 reduce schedule between two and ~our weeks. ACTION: Dave will prepare budget reflecting the removal of P-2 by 7/28. BUDGET • 7-10 MMDC, Marion County and Transit need some indication on the status of the budget. Although the plans are not at 100 %, it should be possible to set budget parameters and make assumptions to establish a benchmark budget. MMDC urged the te~m to work towards this end. The goal is to eliminate any holes in the budget. ACTIQN: Dave to compile a comprehensive project budget. Craig to provide a desired form~t and backup. MMDC to work with Leonard and Dave to define building shell and core. Rev. 7-17 Financing cannot proceed without a GMP. Original target date was AuguSt 15. New target date is September 15. 6-27 Randy requires an updated streetscape budget. It needs to be comprehens~ve and is to include landscaping services and a contingency.
