Leonard's preliminary'layout <br />indicates that expanding parking under sidewalk is the preferred approach.I Rev. 7-17 <br />Dave estimated that the removal of P-2 reduce schedule between two and ~our weeks. <br />ACTION: Dave will prepare budget reflecting the removal of P-2 by 7/28. <br />BUDGET • <br />7-10 MMDC, Marion County and Transit need some indication on the status of the budget. <br />Although the plans are not at 100 %, it should be possible to set budget parameters and <br />make assumptions to establish a benchmark budget. MMDC urged the te~m to work <br />towards this end. The goal is to eliminate any holes in the budget. ACTIQN: Dave to <br />compile a comprehensive project budget. Craig to provide a desired form~t and backup. <br />MMDC to work with Leonard and Dave to define building shell and core. Rev. 7-17 <br />Financing cannot proceed without a GMP. Original target date was AuguSt 15. New <br />target date is September 15. <br />6-27 Randy requires an updated streetscape budget.
