After evaluating the strengths of the existing transit management staff, the board <br />determined that the district's critical need was for a manager who would aid the Boazd in its <br />community relations and with other governmental entities. Resumes were solicited to meet the <br />' criteria that the Board had determined. <br />Mr. R.G.
