Advisory Committee <br />3. Schematic Design Review <br />4. Next Meeting <br />1. r r <br />An updated copy of the organizational chart was distributed to staff. A separate sheet was attached <br />with names, phone numbers and email addresses for a11 staff. A clazification was made that Marcia <br />Kelley will be the transit board member at the Joint Coordinating Team (JCT) a.nd Mark Wieprecht <br />will serve as transit board representative at the Development Team meetings. <br />2. Citizens Adviso,r~ Committee <br />A revision of the charter for the Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) was distributed and reviewed. <br />All suggestions from last week's meeting have been incorporated into this draft. Please get any <br />coirections or comments to R.G. Andersen-Wyckoff as quickly as possible. It is scheduled to be <br />presented to transit board next Thursday for comments and then on to their boazd for approval. <br />Randy Franke will be briefing fellow commissioners on the committee and charter. <br />CAC will be meeting joindy with JCT once a month (third Thursday meeting) in a public meeting. <br />Appointment to this committee will be determined by both governing boards. Transit has set up <br />a subcommittee to work this issue and will share results of possible candidates with county board. <br />Concem was expressed that we need to recognize and plan the need for time to bring this committee <br />up to speed on the Courthouse Square project. <br />3. Schematic Design <br />Billy Wasson added this item to today's agenda in an effort to get a schematic design for the project <br />to the Board of Commissioners for review and adoption. As an action step to get there, Leonazd <br />Lodder, Arbuckle Costic, was asked to come and do a presentation to JCT. <br />Leonard had prepared a schematic design packet describing the building at present as a five story <br />~ Page 1 of 4 <br />
