3.1 Sewage Treatment System Components <br /> A detailed summary of the proposed components is as follows: <br /> • Approximately 60 LF of 4-inch gravity sewer piping,laid with a minimum grade oft-inch of fall <br /> per foot of run between the new building and the inlets to the septic tanks. <br /> • One(1) 1,500-gallon pre-cast concrete kitchen septic tank with PVC risers,fiberglass lids,and <br /> related piping and appurtenances. <br /> • One(1) 1,500-gallon concrete primaryseptic tank with PVC risers,fiberglass lids,and <br /> pre-cast ep � <br /> related piping and appurtenances. <br /> • Approximately 650 LF of 4-inch and 3-inch gravity effluent sewer piping with cleanouts at <br /> strategic locations. <br /> • • One(1) 1,500-gallon pre-cast concrete surge dosing tank with PVC risers,fiberglass lids,a custom <br /> Biotube screened pump vault,a pair of high head effluent pumps,control and alarm floats,and <br /> related piping and appurtenances. <br /> • One(1)2,000 gallon pre-cast concrete treatment tank,equipped with a 1,500 gpd fixed activated <br /> sludge treatment(MicroFAST® 1.5)unit,blower, controller,vent,bark mulch filter, along with <br /> PVC risers,fiberglass lids, and related piping and appurtenances. <br /> • <br /> One(1)control and alarm panel with a dedicated power supply,conduits for primary power,field <br /> wiring, and related appurtenances. <br /> • Approximately 45 LF of 4-inch Schedule 40 PVC gravity effluent sewer. <br /> • Approximately 450 LF of serial distribution soil absorption trenches,and related appurtenances. <br /> 4.0 PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> Construction is anticipated to occur as soon as practical during the late spring or early summer of 2018(as <br /> soon as soil and weather conditions allow and the permit is issued). <br /> 5.0 CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS <br /> Unless specifically described differently in the approved plans and specifications,all materials,standards, <br /> and workmanship pertaining to the collection,treatment,and disposal system shall comply with the <br /> requirements of the Department of Environmental Quality(DEQ)as outlined in the current version of the <br /> Onsite Wastewater Treatment System Rules(Oregon Administrative Rules[OAR],Chapter 340, <br /> Divisions 71 and 73 -OAR 340-71 and 73).All materials,standards,and workmanship pertaining to the <br /> collection system(building sewers)shall comply with the requirements of the current version of the <br /> Uniform Plumbing Code and applicable Oregon amendments.All materials,standards,and workmanship <br /> pertaining to the electrical components shall comply with the current version of the National Electrical <br /> Code and appropriate local amendments. <br /> 5.1 General Specifications <br /> Each area of the Site disturbed by the Installer shall be restored to its original condition,or as specified <br /> elsewhere in the approved plans and specifications.This shall include removal of all scraps,containers, <br /> debris,excess aggregate, and extraneous material incidental to the project.The Site shall be maintained in <br /> a safe and sanitary manner consistent with the standards of the State of Oregon and the industry.All <br /> CES-Albany,OR St.Innocent Winery and Tasting Room I P&S <br /> Doc2018240028 St.Innocent Winery Plans&Specs May 2018 I Page 2 <br />
